Mary has shown us great activities for helping us to relax when we feel worried, anxious, upset or just unsure. We have been learning how each different part of our brain works and how we can deal with the feelings that come from that. The rainbow helps us by giving us the tools we can use to calm our bodies and minds and become relaxed kids. It is great fun!
