We had such a great day today making Apple Tart. Bridie brought us in fresh Bramley apples from her tree in her garden. First we had to write out the instructions of how to make Apple Tart. Then we washed our hands and followed all the steps closely... We still aren't sure what Bridie's secret ingredient is! We then brought the apple pie to our school Cook Anne who cooked it for us over lunch time.
After lunch Cook Anne brought us the Apple Tart. The smell was delicious. Bridie cut it up for us and we all tried some and took a piece home. Learning about apples has been so much fun in P2!
