For the lead up to the Newell Stores Race on Sunday 26th May we Keep Er Lit Junior coaches are offering free weekly athletics training to help all Juniors get ready for the 1Km or 1Mile Classic.
The free weekly sessions will take place at Gortgonis Running Track in Coalisland from 6.15 - 7pm. The dates are:

Wednesday 22nd May
